REQUIRED UPLOAD OPTIONS:

MUST ATTACH either a copy of your tuition bill or student loan bill for your check to be mailed. (For student loan payments, you must be the primary holder of the debt, parents or a guardian may be secondary.)
If you are requesting reimbursement for allowed educational expenses, you must include both the syllabus or course information stating the required material, and the receipt for the purchase. (If you do not know what is an allowed reimbursement, check your google drive documents containing your signed Scholarship Rules and Regulations file for details.)
