BEFORE REQUESTING YOUR FUNDS, you must have already requested and received your local scholarship. If you have not done this, please request first your local funds before proceeding with the below.

REQUIRED UPLOAD OPTIONS:

MUST ATTACH either a copy of your tuition bill or account statement for your check to be mailed. Please note that the bill must clearly display the following information:
- (a) your name
- (b) summary of amounts currently due
- (c) date (must be dated within the past 30 days of your request)
